Cinnamon Toast & Applesauce


Cinnamon Toast & Applesauce                                                         
Ingredients:
½ can applesauce per class
1 ½  loaf bread per class
About ½ c. sugar
About ¼ c. cinnamon
butter

Prep:
4 bowls (apple sauce)
4 plates (toast)
4 metal spoons (apple sauce)
napkins, plates, bowls, spoons, cups

Directions:
1. Open can of apple sauce and separate ½ can into big bowls (1 bowl per table).  Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
2. Make a mixture of sugar and cinnamon (look in shakers to see if a mixture is already made. If not, make in shakers)
3. Toast bread. 
4. Spread on butter. 
5. Sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar mixture. 
6. Cut each bread slice into 4 pieces (1/2 slice/child)
7. Separate onto plates for tables.
8. Cover toast and applesauce with plastic wrap
