Pizza


Pizza
Ingredients:
Frozen pizzas 7 ½ pizzas per class

Prep:
4 plates (pizza)
napkins, plates, cups

Directions:
1. Set the upper oven at 425°F and lower oven at 450°F (the upper oven is hotter than the lower).
2. Prepare cookie sheets with foil and spray with pam.
3. Place 2 ½ pizzas on each tray to bake in the oven.
The upper oven tray needs to be rotated partway through baking (because of the backside of the oven cooks faster than the front).
Also, the lower oven trays need to swap places partway through baking (because of the lower rack cooks faster than the upper rack).
4.Bake the tray of pizzas in the lower oven for 20 minutes, the upper oven for 18 minutes.
For bottom oven – switch top & bottom pans halfway through baking because the bottom burns hotter!
Breakdown:
--15 Pizzas total
--7 ½ pizzas per class
--cut into 1/8ths
--15 pieces (of 1/8ths) in each Tupperware container (4 containers per   class)
--2-3 pieces of pizza per person.
