Corn Flake Krispies


Corn Flake Krispies (Variation of Rice Krispies)

Ingredients:
1 cube butter
1 bag miniature marshmallows (9 cups)
1 tsp. vanilla
food coloring (optional)
12 ½ cups of corn flakes

Prep:
4 plates
napkins, plates, cups

Directions:
1. Place the butter in a large deep pan.
2. Melt and then add the marshmallows and vanilla. 
3. Stir until smooth.  (It is very important to stir constantly so as not to scorch the mixture.)
4. When it is smooth add the corn flakes. 
5. Press into cookie sheets that are lined with tin foil. 
6. Let cool.
7. Cut into squares. Each child gets two squares. Separate onto plates for each table.
